Jetta 2 :

- 1.8L 16S 129hp from 02/1986 to 10/1991 (HGV engine code)

- 1.8L 16S 139hp from 02/1986 to 10/1991 (KR engine code)

Corrado type 53I :

- 1.8L 16S 136hp phase 1 from 04/1989 to 08/1991 (engine code KR)

- 1.8L 16s 136hp phase 2 from 09/1991 to 07/1992 (KR engine code)

- 2.0L 16S 136hp from 09/1991 to 07/1994 (engine code 9A)
