Oil pressure valve and spring kit (hard) for Volkswagen Beetle & Combi ->07/71

‘Booster’ kit comprising a valve and a stiffer oil pressure spring. Increases the oil pressure in an older engine.

For Type 1 engines from August 1960 to July 1971 with a single oil circuit.

(Only one plug under the block). Fitting advice: The piston must slide freely; there should be no resistance during fitting. If necessary, lightly polish the piston with sandpaper. After fitting, check the engine oil pressure using a pressure gauge.

Not suitable for engines with a cast-iron base.
