This Weber 32/34 progressive carburettor kit is designed to replace the original carburettor fitted to the Volkswagen Scirocco 1 and 2 equipped with the 1.8 engine, manual gearbox only. As part of the restoration or maintenance of a classic Volkswagen Scirocco, the original carburettor deteriorates poorly: unstable settings, faulty automatic choke and irregular idle are common problems on these older engines. This kit with manual choke offers simpler and more consistent fuel supply, and is supplied complete with the adaptation plate for the original inlet manifold, gaskets and mounting hardware.
