IGNITOR 1 electronic ignition kit for Porsche 924 (1976-1979)

Electronic module replacing the platinum-plated screws and the capacitor for Porsche 924 models from 1976 to 1979 equipped with breaker igniters:

- 924 2.0 - 125 hp (XJ/XK) from 1976 to 1979

A reliable, easy-to-install alternative, this "Ignitor 1" electronic ignition module from Pertronix is designed for vehicles with a 12-volt electrical circuit in good working order, with no loss of current.

For original BOSCH igniter with vacuum capsule.

Warning:

- Does not replace the Hall-effect module of original electronic igniters on later models.

- To be fitted with a PERTRONIX FLAME THROWER 40000 Volts - 3 Ohms coil specifically designed for the Ignitor 1 kit or equivalent.

Do not use the original coil designed for switch ignition, as it could heat up and cause cuts. Disconnect the battery and scrupulously respect the colors of the wires (red on the + coil and black on the - coil), otherwise the electronic module will be immediately destroyed and the warranty will be void.
