New turbo, no part exchange, for VW Golf 6 1.6 TDi

Variable-geometry turbocharger, delivered with fitting kit

For Golf 6:
- 1.6 TDi 90hp (CAYB)
- 1.6 TDi 105hp (CAYC) The following precautions should be taken when replacing a turbocharger:
- The oil circuit must be cleaned to remove any residue that may clog the circuit
- The oil and oil filter must be changed
- You must check and clean the oil intake and return lines
- The air hoses and breather pipes should also be checked
- With the help of a syringe, feed oil into the turbo via the oil inlet, then start the turbine manually.
- Once the new turbo is installed, start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes. Before stopping the
engine, let it idle for a few seconds (do not accelerate suddenly before stopping)
