Product description
This reconditioned SOLEX 26/18 type 26/35 CSIC carburetor for Citroën 2CV - with standard clutch is an original reconditioned Solex carburetor.
This double body carburetor for 2CV has been completely overhauled by our historical partner who has been restoring SOLEX carburetors for VW aircooled for over 40 years. All gaskets, jets and accessories have been replaced, depending on their rarity, with new or reconditioned original parts.
We strongly advise you to replace the soleplate with a quality thermal shim, the fuel filter and the air filter for optimum performance and a like-new carburetion. A well-adjusted ignition, new spark plugs and ignition wire set will also have a major impact on carburation.
!!! This carburetor is not suitable for vehicles with centrifugal clutch!!!!
