CSP envelope tubes for Type 4 motors are CNC machined from solid aluminum, and black anodized after machining. Manufacturing tolerances guarantee the best precision and sealing characteristics. An internal diameter of 20 mm provides maximum clearance for the push rod and perfect oil return from the cylinder head.

Externally, the tubes are thinner and offer more space for the installation of larger-diameter sport exhaust manifolds. An additional shoulder on the crankcase side facilitates removal by levering with a simple 22 mm open-end wrench. High-quality O-rings are included in the kit.
