TEROSON MS 9120 black mastic adhesive is a flexible, high-strengthsealant and bonding agent. A single-component, silane-modified polymer-based sealant that polymerizes by reaction with air humidity to form an elastic material, it contains no solvents, isocyanates, silicones or PVC, and is odorless. It ensures perfect adhesion to all substrates, without primers, whether painted metal (single- and two-component automotive paints) or plastic, such as spoilers, logos, spoilers, fender flares, skylights, solar panels, etc., and any other objects in contact with bodywork.
With no shrinkage, waves or stresses after curing, and excellent resistance to temperature, UV and weather conditions, it can be used both indoors and out. The uncured TEROSON MS 9120 bead is electro-weldable.
CAUTION: Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE (e.g. Teflon) and PMMA (e.g. Perspex)!
Advantages :

- Adheres to steel (degreased, phosphated, galvanized, painted), stainless steel, brass, aluminum (raw, anodized or painted), PC, polyester.
- Can be painted 30 minutes to 3 days after application.
- Skin-forming time: approx. 20 min.
- Good sag resistance.
- Isocyanate-free, solvent-free.
Instructions for use:
- Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil or grease (use TEROSON VR 10 cleaner, part no. UO99110, to be ordered separately).
- On thermoplastics, it is recommended to prepare the surface by sanding, and to carry out a test application beforehand.
