TOOLATELIER shimming tools for VAG-TDi PD (1996-2010) - shimming 12 and 1h

This TOOLATELIER timing tool kit is designed for VAG 1.4, 1.9, 2.0l TDi engines with pump injector (1996-2010 ) except 2.0l TDi 16S (oval crankshaft pulley).

Timing at 12h and 1h

Vehicle types :

Volkswagen: Fox,Lupo, Polo, Beetle, Bora, Caddy, Golf III, IV, V, Jetta, Passat, Sharan, Touran, Transporter and Tiguan.
Audi: A3, A4, A5, A6
Skoda: OctaviaII
Ford: Galaxy ZAE engine and ASZ1 VAG

Composition :

- Crankshaft locking tools (for drilled and undrilled engines)
- Camshaft locking pins

Part numbers: T10050 / T10100

ATTENTION: The 2 tools, 12h and 1h, must be positioned on the side of the crankshaft pulley and not from above.

Do not use the camshaft pin to loosen the 3 pulley screws = risk of pulley breakage. For round crankshaft pulleys, you'll need the tensioner locking plate ref. TA00394.
