TOOLATELIER exhaust manifold flange tool for Golf 1, 2

This TOOLATELIER tool is used to remove the 2 exhaust springs or flanges (one after the other) which secure the J-shaped manifold lower part to the cast-iron manifold.

For Golf 1:
- 1.5 Diesel 50hp (CK) from 08/79 onwards -> 1.5 65hp (GH) from 08/79 onwards
- 1.5 65hp (GH) from 08/80->
- 1.5 70hp (JB) from 08/80->
- 1.6 Diesel 54hp (CR, JK) from 08/80->
- 1.6Turbo Diesel 70hp (CY) from 08/80->
- 1.6 75hp (EW) from 08/80->

For Golf 1 Cabriolet Important: During assembly and disassembly, do not look for the breaking point of the flange and/or tool. Watch out for your fingers!

Make it easier to position the flange by applying pressure to the exhaust line.
