Fits exactly in place of the original, with only one small remark: the grooves for the mounting clamps are a little narrow, but that doesn't prevent assembly. The blow-by and idle valve fittings fit snugly, so you don't need to exert excessive force to fit them, and once in place they don't budge.

10 mm diameter difference too big on the flowmeter side, I made a ring to make up for the diameter difference, otherwise no worries.
