10 quantities required per engine

We recommend replacing the screws each time you replace the cylinder head gasket. Please check the manufacturer's recommendations.

For your information, the workshop manual gives the following information:

tightening torque for model year before 1980 (check if original engine) :

- hot 120 NM

- cold: 100 NM

after 1000 km, if cylinder head removed, screws must be retightened: hot engine, loosen at an angle of 30°¨ one at a time, then retighten

tightening torque from model year 80 onwards (check for original engine) cold engine :

- 1 lightly oil the threads and tighten to 65 NM in the prescribed sequence

- mark screw position

- tighten to 180° (1 half turn) in the prescribed sequence

Do not retighten cylinder head bolts
