BY MECACYL 300ml stop radiator leaks additive is a top-of-the-range preventive and curative treatment designed to quickly and durably plug cooling system leaks and seepage . It restores heat exchange and improves calorstat operation for improved engine cooling. Ideal after using By Mecacyl radiator cleaner (reference UD10240).
In addition, its properties, derived from Mecacyl hyper-lubricant technology, provide long-term protection against seizure of heating valves and prevent greasy deposits in the circuit (particularly on temperature sensors).

INFORMATION: Greasy deposits are produced by tiny oil vapors passing through the seals. These deposits clog the circuit and, above all, the temperature sensor that controls the fan's start-up and shut-down. As the fan is calibrated to operate at a precise temperature, the result is a rise in cooling system temperature (during city traffic or at idle) and the risk of cylinder head deformation, leading to costly breakdowns.

Dosage : 1 bottle of 300ml for all cooling circuit capacities.

Directions for use :
- Shake the bottle well and pour the additive into the circuit via the radiator cap.
- Start engine.
- Switch on the heating system.
- Allow engine to idle for a few minutes, with immediate effect.
- Final results after a few tens of minutes.
