++ Screw strength 10.9, screw treated with Loctite. Be careful not to tighten to more than 32Nm, as the design of the VW T4 tensioner is poorly thought-out and the gearwheel only presses on one side!

The toothed part is too thick, which causes a shearing force on the screw (in the toothed part), and the screw risks breaking.
