- 1.6 petrol 75hp (FP, FT, FH), 85hp (FR)

- 1.6 GTi 1.6 110hp (EG), 08/1980 ->12/1980
cabriolet version, chassis no. 15A 0819 463 ->15-B-011 497.

For Golf 1 & Scirocco with air conditioning:
- 1.5 petrol 70hp (FH, FK), 85hp (FD)
