This new steering column is equipped with an electric motor to assist rotation movements, the same system used on some modern new vehicles.an electronic box controls the degree of assistance to be provided according to engine speed and vehicle speed, with electric assistance decreasing as speed increases.in the event of a power failure or low battery, such as when the ignition is switched off, the "classic" steering remains 100% functional: you drive in complete safety!
