Description Product
GULF DOT 4 brake andclutch fluid is a high-performance polyglycol-based synthetic hydraulic fluid specially designed for use in disc brake systems, drum brake systems with or without ABS anti-lock braking systems requiring DOT 4 fluid. Thanks to its higher boiling point, it reduces the impact of moisture absorption and provides reliable braking performance. It contains corrosion inhibitors to resist oxidation and the high temperatures encountered in disc brake circuits, and to provide superior protection for the metal components making up braking parts. It exceeds the performance requirements of FMVSS 116 DOT 4.
WARNING: DOT 4 brake fluid must never be mixed with silicone-based brake fluids (DOT 5)!
