For Golf 5 R32:
- Front lowering: -20 mm to -40 mm
- Rear lowering: -15 mm to - 35 mm

For Golf 5 GTi 2.0 turbo with DSG gearbox only:
- Front lowering: -20 mm to -45 mm
- Rear lowering: -10 mm to -35 mm

For Golf 5 and Golf 5Plus (except estate), 4Motion versions:
- Front lowering: -35 mm to -65mm
Rear lowering: -30 mm to -55 mm
