Description Product
UNIL OPAL multi-season windshield washer concentrate is a methanol-free, ultra-cleaning liquid suitable for bothsummer andwinter. Simply dilute indemineralized or distilledwater. It cleans and degreases your windscreen, rear window or headlights without leaving any traces or scale in the system.
Its highly concentrated formula means you can adapt the dilution to suit the season and the frost protection required (effective frost protection down to -35°C see table) :
Dilution examples:
- For protection down to -5°C = 1 bottle of 500ml 2L of demineralized water to obtain 2.5L of windshield washer fluid (2 bottles are needed, i.e. 1L 4L of demineralized water to obtain 5L of windshield washer fluid).
- For protection down to -20°C = 5 x 500ml bottles 2.5L demineralized water to obtain 5L washer fluid.
- In summer (no antifreeze protection required) = 1 500ml bottle 4.5L demineralized water to obtain 5L washer fluid.
Advantages :
- High cleaning power for perfect, immediate visibility.
- Excellent wetting properties, highly effective against stuck-on insects.
- Leaves no greasy residue on windows.
- Protects against frost, depending on dilution percentage.
- Compatible with headlamp washers and all types of headlamp, including polycarbonate.
- Safe for rubber seals and paints.
- Methanol-free.
INFORMATION: In winter, never add water or summer washer fluid to a circuit, as this could destroy the pump and jar at the first frosts.
Please observe all safety precautions.
