Delivered complete but the fixing screw was too short for my 73 1300 cox. I bought a bag of longer screws that I ground to make 2 screws in every way similar to the original mail 10 mm longer (ease of assembly because you see where the screw goes before starting to screw).

As a replacement and for the price, it's fine, but you can see that it's limited in terms of finish, metal thickness and chrome plating, especially for the strapping, which is very exposed to the elements. For longer life, you'll need to clean the strapping often, otherwise the chrome will quickly sting ...
