Good product, but it doesn't last as long as the original handle, as it's the 2nd one I've bought for my golf. Too bad the gaskets are not sold with the handle.

Measurements do not correspond to the original. Slightly wider. The seals supplied with this wrist are too thin, unusable. As a result, I had to reuse the original joints, which don't fit the new wrist. I had to patch them up, sculpt the original joints to make them sit properly. That's an hour's study and half an hour's extra DIY. The lever doesn't fit with the original housing either (if you want to keep the original key, so you don't have to carry around two keys, one for the door and one for the starter). Otherwise, the material is strong. No copper in the alloy.

Mouais it will do 6 months like all the others. A piece of advice: first try to repair your original VW handles if possible.
