It would be nice if this product came with nuts and bolts, as well as a small assembly manual.

The part is perfect, but there were no screws, so I had to find the right nuts....

The base is of very good quality and solid. It's a pity that the kit lacks assembly instructions and screws (the four original screws are reused, but I had to buy four extra), and I had to enlarge one of the holes because the center-to-center distance of the base plate didn't exactly match that of the original bracket. For this price, I was expecting a complete "ready-to-install" kit.
