I ordered these parts thinking they were needed for the rear shock absorber, but this shock absorber doesn't need them.

Excellent bumper retention. Given the thinness of the bumper, it would be wise to supply suitable screws for the repair. As for the original parts, they're welded (plastic weld), which means they have to be blown off with a drill, and the repair solution is to screw them in. The 4 screws to be used are not the same length, hence my comment.
