problem on the window lock: a blockage prevents it from reaching the top of the door jamb, for some reason i don't know. we'll have to reassemble the whole thing to see what's causing the problem.

For now I can not assess better because the rise of the window costs a lot, it is very hard to climb, and I commented to us and I am waiting to review the mechanism in case there is something that obstructs it, but until I review it I can not assess the system better, if I solve it and it was a mistake in the assembly will assess better, thank you.
