This cowl panel seal plays several roles. In addition to its attractive appearance, it provides a watertight junction with the bonnet when closed.

It also serves as an additional support for the plastic rain-shield between the base of the windscreen and the cowl panel of the engine compartment.

This rubber seal is what you need for a perfect renovation of your Volkswagen Golf 1 or Jetta 1.
