To date, the parcel has still not been delivered. It seems to have been lost by Chronopost. Delivery was scheduled for 31/10. After various contacts with your staff, I am still waiting for your decision, which is slow in coming! As a reminder, Chronopost confirms delivery of the parcel to an address other than the one requested. Chronopost then confirmed that the parcel would be delivered to a relay point in my commune, but this point no longer exists! After a final contact with your customer service, you are waiting for Chronopost to declare the parcel lost. I hope this situation will change quickly so that I can finally receive my order as soon as possible!
