Eccentric thrust bearing: the bearing is seized up, or tight, and has trouble turning without load. I tried it new, out of its packaging, turning by hand. I had to force it a bit. When I put the whole kit on, you can hear a slight "rolling" noise when the engine revs up;.... please review this. I still put the whole kit on. thank you.
