Hello I order this product and I'm told it's available on january 10th and I'm told nothing and I realize that on january 10th nothing and I'm told nothing I go to see on the website and I see that it's available on february 19th. I cancel my order and order it elsewhere and I've already received it. It's been 2 times that I have problems with you and the last time I kept a defective product at 90€ because each time I was asked for additional photos and even with that I was told that the defect came from months who did not know how to screw a screw and I was asked for a video where I show where the screw does not take. I've created an account with one of your suppliers and I'm now thinking of ordering from them because they're more responsive and less expensive.
