It has a lot of strength, almost too much, I have replaced a 610 nw one with this 800 nw one and it seems too much difference, maybe each brand is different or with time it softens. Despite the strength, I prefer it like this.

The trunk is harder to close, so there's no risk of it closing by itself.

The parts fitted well. The shock absorbers are very strong. When loaded with a mountain bike, the tailgate stays up. With an empty bike rack, the tailgate still closes easily with a little force. The tailgate is very difficult to close without a luggage rack. Shipping to Germany was problem-free, but took a few days longer, some parts were delivered later.

Bought for the bike rack. However, with the bike on it, the tailgate lifts easily, but it drops back down and doesn't stay open.

Oyé oyé! Choose this actuator only if your tailgate is used for a bicycle rack, for example. On a conventional tailgate, with 2 cylinders like this one, you can almost hang yourself from the trunk door without it closing! :D
