Between 1995 and 2003, the W210 E-Class counts eighteen engines in this table, eleven petrol and seven diesel, all with chain-driven timing. The petrol units range from the M111 four-cylinder of the E200 (136 hp) to the M119 V8 of the E60 AMG (381 hp), via the M104 six-cylinders and then the M112 V6s. On the diesel side, the OM602, OM605 and OM606 Turbodiesels sit alongside the common-rail CDIs, from 102 to 197 hp. The E280 and E320 change engine in 1997: check the year of your W210 to buy the right part.
