Complete new kit to rebuild your original 1600cc flat4 engine:
- 4 Pistons : diameter 85.5 mm
- 4 Cylinder liners : diameter of cylinder liner, fitting in block: 90 mm / diameter of top of liner, fitting in cylinder head: 93.8 mm
- 2 Cylinder heads : 1600cc Double-Acceptance, lead-free
- 4 BOSCH spark plugs : short heads
- 8 Tube-wraps
- German quality engine gasket kit

For VW Beetle, Karmann-Ghia, Type 3, Combi Split and Bay Window, Kübel 181, with 1600cc engine (85.5 x 69 mm) type 1: AD, AS, AJ, AF, AL, AG

This kit can also be used to upgrade your 1300 (AB / AR) dual-inlet engine to 1600cc. Also valid for 1300 (F), 1500 (H)

Cylinder head information :
Inlet valves: 35.5 mm (supplied)
Exhaust valves: 32 mm (supplied)
Spark plug type: short base (supplied)
For use with unleaded petrol.

The only thing missing from the kit was an envelope tube, which was quickly rectified by customer service.

Already described in previous review. Due to improper packaging, the pushrods were severely damaged.

Very good, good quality except that 4 of the 8 circlips needed to mount the pistons were missing.
