Details about : Original new VW AS41 crankcases for Type 1 engine

2 original new Volkswagen half-crankcases made from Magnesium. AS41 type engine block with large ducts and 2 oil pistons.
Diameter of dowels: 8 mm
Cylinder recess diameter: 90 mm
for Type 1 engine with standard crankshaft:
- Crankshaft 64 mm: 1200 from 08/1969->
- Crankshaft 69 mm: 1300, 1500, 1600 all versions (except CT)
Supplied without fittings, without studs, nuts and bolts or pressure regulator.

Brand new AS41 Carter, made by Mortorav, not yet checked but quality seems ok. The price fluctuates a lot on the site, so if you want to buy one, check the price a few days before ordering :)
