I didn't expect it to be very effective for dismantling a totally damaged nut (here's a photo of the screwed-up nut??).

be careful to press the extractor firmly onto the damaged bolt, and don't force it too far. I broke it on the first loosening stroke, but fortunately it's still usable.

it's not written in the description that this product is not guaranteed, but if I understand correctly it's for single use, so it's expensive for what it is.
