Complete EMPI (USA) branded ignition system. Beautiful reproduction of the BOSCH 009 model with centrifugal distributor system (without vacuum cell). Essential if you are switching your original carburettor for a double carburettor. Can also replace the ignition distributor on an original engine.

Features of the 009 ignition distributor: 100% centrifugal distribution system, that is, with no vacuum cell, ideal for installation with 2 carburettors. Static injection timing between 7.5 and 10° crawl depending on the type of engine and the vehicle. Complete timing curve up to 24°. This "universal" ignition distributor is therefore suitable for the majority of original and enhanced engines. Another advantage is that a slight delay has been applied to cylinder no. 3 in relation to the other cylinders to limit the overheating of this cylinder, which is not as well cooled!
