Large foamengine surround gasket essential for separating the lower and upper parts of the engine for VW Combi Bay Window from 08/1971 to 07/1979 and chassis no. 2122000001.

Essential gasket to contain the hot air heated by the exhaust system located on the lower part of the engine and prevent it from rising to the upper part to avoid overheating!

The foam isn't strong enough, but it's easy to put on (washing-up liquid in the slot helps). I'd like the same but in rubber or with a stronger foam (a little more expensive, but if it lasts longer ...)
