Part diagnosed as broken by my mechanic. Impossible to find at VW, I found it on your website. After fitting, my gearbox regained all its precision. I will of course recommend Mecatechnic to all VW owners looking for parts that are reputedly impossible to find.

This part enabled me to repair the gearbox control very efficiently, as the original part had completely deteriorated. I've regained firm, precise control.

Fitted on 1982 golf 1 gti but the diameter is too small so the lever forces a lot, so the plastic ring has to be filed slightly.

teflon ring too tight impossible to fit on the wheelhouse, had to use a light dremel blow
