Very good carburetor, reduction of 12 to 14 of my gasoline consumption which is a luxury today considering the price per liter. After 2 replacements over time, total of gaskets, membrane, vacuum hose and I don't count the rest, my old Pierburg 2E2 is in a shop window now... If you want to get a good potato with our mythical Golf: a Weber 32/34, a K&N direct on carb, a slight adjustment of richness, a hair of advance to the ignition and of course, the rear line powersprint stainless... Golf 2 S "90ch" GU24 1988.

Very good quality product, everything is supplied for the break. As I'm not very mechanically inclined, I was able to install it myself. No more worries now.

I fitted this carburetor kit to a Golf2 with the 1.8GU and its behavior has changed radically compared to the old Pierburg 2E which was a bit temperamental! I could have given it five stars, but unfortunately the choke pulled out on the first try (I'm still waiting for customer service to replace it...) I highly recommend this kit, which is really worth the money.
