Details about : Linkage repair kit for Golf 2 + Calibration Tool

Can not you pass certain speed because you have problems with your shift lever?
The rings and bushings of your gearbox linkage are surely tired.

This kit for VW Golf 2 and Jetta 2 includes:
- renovation kit reference: GS00130
- the guide ring at the level of the fixing lever: GS00170
- lever locking tool, necessary for its proper fit: UO70570

It is compatible with engines 1.6 and 1.8 with 4 or 5 gearbox with linkage (control by tie rods)
(Not for cable box controls)

The kit is good, but once two bushes were in place, the left-right lever wouldn't return... I had to put the old bushes back in...

i haven't put this kit together yet but it looks good. i just hope that the quality of the plastic is better than the door rod clips.

They fit quite well, but lack the rod output sinenbloc in the lever box. The calibration tool is not practical

Top delivery. Bearing sleeve for gear linkage guide not quite right. Hardness of fork shaft sliding for gearbox control. Two white "bushes" were missing to replace all the bushes. A pity.
