Same as the original, no problems to report. After all, it's not the system of the century for mounting an exhaust... This system requires a special tool for installation. Mecatechnic also supplies it. I'd like to find an adaptable system to replace this one, one that's sturdier, safer and doesn't require a special tool, like a spring or screw system. After that, it does the job and I'm happy to find parts to repair my old car :)

I'm not disputing mecatechnic's service; they're great! On the other hand, I find that the exhaust flange fixing system for golf 2 and jetta is completely useless and particularly difficult to install! What's more, using the tool too much has bent and even broken it! I'm going to have to cobble together another, much simpler and more reliable system, because it won't hold and is too complicated to fit! I think it's a design fault on VAG's part. If anyone has a tip, schematic or combination. JE suis preneur .
