I received a hose that was not the one ordered. I had to send it back at my own expense. After much discussion and fruitless emails, a more professional person finally admitted that the hose I had received was not the original one, which he didn't have in stock, but one that would fit. I asked for a refund, which he accepted, so I could order it elsewhere, but the return postage wasn't reimbursed, which is a shame because I've been ordering from this site for a long time and I've never had a problem.
