I absolutely do not recommend this regulator. In addition to having spent time installing it, it drained my battery (measured with an ammeter) which was less than 2 years old (and a good brand), with the result that it can no longer hold a charge (below a certain voltage, it's unrecoverable), I'm going to pay dearly for it, and the procedure announced for getting a refund is more than complicated, not to mention the time I've wasted installing it, uninstalling, testing and understanding the fault (plus a delay at work because I couldn't start up one morning), and reinstalling a new one + changing the battery. Absolutely avoid. I don't often write reviews, but here...
