I chose this product because it had a chrome finish to match my aluminum rims, which have a central cover and chrome screws. Before I had them repainted, I had invisible aluminum valves, one of which broke when the tires were removed. Aesthetically and functionally, I chose this product to replace them, which seems to be of better quality.
