So I made use of this tool and recommend it.
I chose this item to be able to disassemble and reassemble the shock absorber bearing screw for Mercedes w203 but unfortunately the item received was badly machined to be able to tighten or loosen the bearing screw in the end the tool was useless I do not recommend this item at all
