Original type fuel tank filler neck for 1/4 turn cap for VW Golf 1 Cabriolet and Scirocco 2 with K-Jetronic injection, Injection (2H) or Carburetor:

- Golf 1 Cabriolet from 1984 (from chassis n° 15-E-011 291) from 1984

- Scirocco 2 from 1984 (from chassis n° 53-E-022 075)

WARNING: This tank lowering is only compatible with the 1/4 turn tank cap Mecatechnic reference GC47400 (to be ordered separately)!

This breeding chute is currently the only quality available on the market. Depending on the vehicle, it may be necessary to order the longer trunking foot pipe GC420014 to allow the connection.

Too short for a 1992 Golf Cabrio 1.8... I had to add a 25cm tube to connect it to the tank... the cap protrudes further than the original... customer service refuses to do anything... disappointed...

the product is not really adaptable without modification, (fastening tab, too short, and original closing cap does not fit on it,, (not great at all for this price,,,,

Not in conformity with the original one, the fuel cap for the carburettor does not fit on it, plus the inside is brown, maybe rust? No solution with customer service, I'm still waiting for their call. Disappointing
