This TOOLATELIER pressure blaster comes complete with a sandblasting valve, 4 ceramic nozzles, a plastic funnel for loading abrasive, a 2.5 m abrasive hose, a pressure relief valve, a pressure gauge and a filter with pressure regulator.

Consisting of filter regulator and CE-approved tank.

Maximum working pressure: 8 bar
Capacity: 38L

Air consumption at 5.5 bar and recommended compressor size to be used on the blaster :

2mm ------ 200L/min----- 2-3 HP
2.5mm ------ 300L/min ----- 5.5 HP
3mm ------ 420L/min ----- 7.5 CV
3.5mm ------ 710L/min ----- 10 CV

Ceramic nozzles should not be used with alumina-based abrasives (aluminum oxide), silicon carbide (ceramic made almost exclusively from man-made minerals) or noble corundum.

To avoid damaging the blasting valve, it is important to use it with 100% opening, which will reduce the risk of it being pierced. ATTENTION: partial opening will damage the valve!

I've sandblasted a whole linear section of stone wall with no problem, and the tip is still in very good condition. But there's nothing to stop you ordering extra.

Very effective sandblaster. In my case, I'm stripping an old car, which is perfect. 450-micron sand used. A 100l 3hp compressor powers it. This allows me to work with a 2 or 2.5 MM nozzle. The value for money is very good. The only downside is that the nozzles supplied with it wear out very quickly compared with nozzles from other suppliers.... However, I recommend this product for occasional or regular use.

Easy to use, the settings are pretty straightforward, even for an amateur. On the other hand, I have a 2 to 3 hp compressor, 8 bar max, and it's too weak for the sandblaster, which doesn't prevent use, but you have to stop every minute to let the compressor recharge.

Impaccable, but the nozzles are too small for the common cleaning sand found in shops. It clogs up, so we have to cobble together some nozzles.

hello, I was able to try out the sandblaster for my car. It works well on small surfaces. You have to use the right sand (buy from manomano, metabo sand). However, the blasting valve is pierced by the sand and pressure. I need to replace it with a 3/8" stainless steel one. best regards.

Good product for the price, but beware of the quality of the valves, which deteriorate very quickly. I had to change 3 valves. Plan for a large number of nozzles.

sandblaster correct for the price, for the gun drilled after a few hours of work, English instructions I recommend this product anyway because the sand is impeccable to use with very dry sand

Difficult to reload if the sand is a little damp, and blocked if not very dry. The size and characteristics of the sand to be used are missing from the instructions.
