Details about : Valve for mechanical pushrod

For Golf 1, Golf 2, Scirocco pre-85:
- 1.5 and 1.6 Diesel / Turbo Diesel
- 1.5, 1.6 and 1.8 Petrol

The changeover from mechanical to hydraulic pushrods took place in 1985 (F chassis). Some engines had mechanical pushrods up to 1987.
Note that it is possible that a more recent engine or cylinder (with hydraulic pushrods) has replaced your original engine, it is best to check your assembly before ordering.
