I did not receive the right item. Customer service with no other solution than to tell me that the article is not available without giving me a delivery time.... in the meantime I have paid more than 350€ but nobody has a problem with that. I'm well aware that mistakes can happen, and the most important thing is to react accordingly. You ask the same question over and over again, only to get no answer. In short, listening to the customer and looking for 0 solutions.
