The longest available was 8x31 for a final ratio of 3.875

Now the 9x31 ring and pinion gives you a final ratio of 3.444.

Perfect for letting a high-performance engine gain speed on the Motorway, or for cruising at low revs with a properly built, large-displacement engine.
