This choke assist vacuum pump for AMI6 and AMI8 Solex twin body carburetors (05/1968-03/1979) is true to original.

This choke pump for AMI6 and AMI8 double-body carburetors is compatible with 26/35 CSIC or SCIC carburetors. Its role is to assist the carburetor at start-up to facilitate filling and limit clogging at high engine speeds.

This pump comes complete with gasket and screws.

It is compatible with all Solex double-body carburetor models:

Compatible models:
- AMI 6 Sedan type AM/AM2: 05/1968 to 03/1969
- AMI 6 Estate type AMB/AMB2: 05/1968 to 09/1969
- AMI 8 Sedan type AM3/AM-JA: 03/1969 to 06/1978
- AMI 8 Estate type AM-JB: 09/1969 to 03/1979
