- 996 phase 2 3.6 - 320 hp (M96.03) Carrera 4 from 2002 to 2005
- 996 phase 2 3.6 - 320 hp (M96.03) Carrera 4S from 2002 to 2005
- 996 phase 2 3.6 X51 - 345 hp (M96.03) Carrera from 2002 to 2005
